Backing the next generation of emerging investors in Queensland

In 2024, 77 Partners launched the inaugural 77 Fellows program to help women across Queensland step confidently into the world of early-stage venture capital.

This 3-month fellowship gave participants a rare inside look at how VC works - from sourcing deals and supporting founders, to fund mechanics, due diligence, and investment decision-making.

Ten outstanding women from across Queensland’s startup and innovation ecosystem were selected to join the Fellowship. Through interactive workshops, 1:1 coaching, and conversations with leading female VC investors from Australia and the US, Fellows gained practical experience, built meaningful networks, and shaped their own path into the industry.
